VELOS Enterprise Goes Skiing

SPOILER ALERT: They had fun.

Who said working hard and having fun can't be combined?

Seli Ski Resort, Greece, is the place that the VELOS enterprise department visited last weekend. Skiing gave the department a chance to get even closer and bond, outside of contest contexts.

The enterprise department found a special way to develop communication doing an activity they all love, besides F1.

As we've mentioned before, our team believes communication and collaboration are key to achieving our goal. Meeting out of contest and getting to know each other would take their communication to another level, so this is what they did.

One of the most essential parts of cooperation is effective communication within a team, as it develops a shared purpose among team members that will help us to achieve our goals. It enables everyone on the team to become knowledgeable about any issue that may impacts our project. Furthermore, it fosters trust, builds camaraderie among team members, promotes morale, and assists team members in remaining interested in the project. Finally, it promotes creativity because if many ideas are heard and the finest aspects of each are merged, the end product will be substantially superior to any of the ideas offered individually.

This event helped them get a better understanding of one another, which resulted to making the collaboration easier and more efficient, and had lots of fun.
